RIEL moves to the historic heart of Lviv - Pidzamche neighborhood
We are moving! Already in August, our head office, which was located in Lviv at 10 Volodymyra Velykoho Street, will be moved to a new location - to the historic Pidzamche neighborhood at 114/116 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street.
Here, as part of a large-scale revitalization project of the neighborhood between Bohdana Khmelnytskoho, Mechanichna and Novoznesenska Streets, where the Baczewski Factory used to be located, and in Soviet times the Almazinstrument Plant was located, RIEL is restoring a complex of buildings and will soon present Lviv residents with a “new center of the old city” – a modern public space for work, recreation, communication, etc.
By the way, the first stage of the Brama Residential Complex, which is being built here and is part of the Mistechko Pidzamche project, has already received a certificate of readiness for operation!
From now on, the company’s representative office will be located in a historic building constructed in 1782. This building, once part of the famous Baczewski Factory, has preserved the spirit of the past centuries. Realizing the importance of this historical heritage, we did our best to preserve the authenticity and historical value of the building during the restoration, carefully restoring details reminiscent of the grandeur of this era, from the ancient masonry to the unique architectural elements that have been preserved over the centuries.
