RIEL Launches the New Year Promotion — RIEL’s Magic of a New Home 2026
Starting from 1 January 2026, we are launching the New Year promotion — RIEL’s Magic of a New Home 2026 — special terms for purchasing property that allow you to begin the year with a thoughtful and well-balanced decision.
The promotion applies to all RIEL residential complexes and covers apartments, offices, and parking spaces (with exceptions for certain types of premises).
The following terms are available under the promotion:
- 2.6% discount with any initial payment;
- Instalment plan of up to 20 months;
- 26% initial payment with no price increase.
The promotion can be combined with the 100% payment discount, bringing the total discount to 5.6%. At the same time, it cannot be combined with discounts for IDPs, military personnel, or medical workers, and is not compatible with the Compensation in Case of Project Delivery Delay product.
The promotion is valid until 31 January 2026 inclusive.
